My first goal is to remain on the bleeding edge of knowledge pertaining to all things Information, Technology, and Information Technology related. I put this as one of the three primary tenants which governs my work and my business. I try to remain skilled in quite a variety of IT related skills and services, and on a regular basis I attempt to improve those skills, learn new skills, and master new techniques and languages. I am always bettering myself within my chosen fieldsets and work quickly to perfect those new skills, so I can use them in the work you need done.

My second goal is to perform all of the work which I do, with the highest quality possible. This has been, and continues to be, one of the driving forces behind my business. This means putting every effort possible into performing all tasks, services, jobs, and work that I perform with the highest possible quality that I can achieve. Generally this includes performing anything besides simple projects under contracts that come with Warranties attached for all of the work that was performed.

My third goal is to provide you with the best pricing available. Within this industry there is a general medium that most developers use as a pricing structure. I try to always remain below that general structure. Aside from trying to always offer low prices I am also flexible regarding pricing, payment arrangements, and payment options. Different payment plans including monthly payments, and different types of accepted payment formats. My goal is to help clients to be able to better cope with the costs involving IT related work.

Infotechnologist - Privacy Policy

Overview

This document is meant to act as a permanent contract between myself, and the clients I work with. This
Privacy Policy/Contract is an ongoing agreement between any client that does business, attempts to do business, or discusses
any type of business with Infotechnologist.biz. This Privacy Policy/Contract also covers an private or personal data that
is discussed between the client/potential client and Infotechnologist.biz or any member thereof.

Client's Business/Personal Data

Infotechnologist.biz will not release any personal/private/business information pertaining to a client or potential client at any time and
under any circumstances, except under the circumstances that are listed here. Client's contact information may be revealed under a referral type
arrangement. Generally these arrangements will be discussed with the client beforehand but not always. This encompasses situations were Infotechnologist.biz
encounters people who are interested in the services or products of one of our clients or potential clients. Under those circumstances there may be times
when Infotechnologist.biz reveals enough information about a client in order to allow those interested parties to get in contact about that clients
services or products. This can be bypassed by the client specifically requested no referrals from Infotechnologist.biz. In those cases a general
contract can be drawn up separate from this arrangement to make those modifications with said client. Also the clients First Name, and sometimes Last Name
may be revealed in a testimonial listing. The clients will be providing the testimonials so they will have full knowledge of this beforehand.

Project Information

Information pertaining to a project is not governed as heavily as information directly pertaining to a client. All of the rules and regulations regarding
our use of a clients project information is listed here. Infotechnologist.biz reserves the right to use any work that is performed in the portfolio located at www.infotechnologist.biz. This include screenshots, textual descriptions written up by Infotechnologist.biz, site links, and more. Generally this is cleared with the client on a project by project basis. When a client refuses entry into a portfolio, generally a contract is written up before any work
is done to bind a new contract between Infotechnologist.biz and the client to overrule this part of the Privacy Policy. When this is done, project items and information will not be stored within the Infotechnologist.biz portfolio. Infotechnologist.biz looks at information pertaining to new projects differently. New projects or projects that are in the development state are handled differently. Generally clients are afraid that someone will take the ideas involving their new projects and create what they are envisioning before they can implement it. Infotechnologist.biz never reveals any information pertaining to any projects that are still in the discussion, planning, or implementation stages unless otherwise discussed with clients and drafted in additional contracts.

Contract Overrides

At any time another contract is written between Infotechnologist.biz and a client/potential client, the contents within
those contracts could overwrite this agreement listed here between the client and Infotechnologist.biz based off the circumstances
of whatever contract was written up.

Changes

I have the right to change and/or modify this privacy policy/contract at anytime that I choose. The core meaning behind
this privacy policy/contract will seldom, if ever change although the wording and/or structure may be altered accordingly.
