High Tech

My first goal is to remain on the bleeding edge of knowledge pertaining to all things Information, Technology, and Information Technology related. I put this as one of the three primary tenants which governs my work and my business. I try to remain skilled in quite a variety of IT related skills and services, and on a regular basis I attempt to improve those skills, learn new skills, and master new techniques and languages. I am always bettering myself within my chosen fieldsets and work quickly to perfect those new skills, so I can use them in the work you need done.

High Quality

My second goal is to perform all of the work which I do, with the highest quality possible. This has been, and continues to be, one of the driving forces behind my business. This means putting every effort possible into performing all tasks, services, jobs, and work that I perform with the highest possible quality that I can achieve. Generally this includes performing anything besides simple projects under contracts that come with Warranties attached for all of the work that was performed.

High Value

My third goal is to provide you with the best pricing available. Within this industry there is a general medium that most developers use as a pricing structure. I try to always remain below that general structure. Aside from trying to always offer low prices I am also flexible regarding pricing, payment arrangements, and payment options. Different payment plans including monthly payments, and different types of accepted payment formats. My goal is to help clients to be able to better cope with the costs involving IT related work.

Infotechnologist - Legal Information

Overview

There are generally 3 types of contracts that are prevalent in the IT industry. They are general project contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and non-compete agreements. Infotechnologist.biz has certain policies regarding what types of contracts are signed and what kinds are used. That information is listed below.

General Contracts

Contracts are the backbone of a project. Generally on smaller projects, or projects where a client prefer's to just jump right in, contracts are sometimes avoided. However, most of the time contracts are put into place for the safety of both the client and Infotechnologist.biz. The contracts generally list out what services are being performed, the expected outcome, and how much the project was for and the timeline for completion. Generally listing out what is expected from Infotechnologist.biz as well as what is expected from the client.

Non-Disclosure Agreements

A NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) is an agreement that is set in place in order to prevent a developer or IT professional (in this case Infotechnologist.biz) from revealing unwanted information pertaining to projects. Generally these are avoided. The Privacy Policy that is setup on the site (which is located at the bottom of the page) is a standing contract between Infotechnologist.biz and it's respective clients and potential clients. Under situations where the client requests an NDA that covers material outside of the Privacy Policy, there is a chance that the Privacy Policy will be adjusted accordingly. There are exceptions however. Those exceptions are during situations where a project needs to make amendments to the Privacy Policy on a project by project basis.

Non-Compete Agreements

Infotechnologist.biz does not sign Non-Compete agreements, except under very strict circumstances. Details can be discussed on a project by project basis.
